In Lordsburg a double funeral was held Tuesday for Mrs Emma Lassiter, 78, and five weeks old Glenn Elden Wright. Both died of pneumonia, with services led at the Nazarene church by Rev T A Phillips. A lone robber stopped a Golden Eagle Line bus between Lordsburg and Deming New Mexico, netting about 20 dollars from 10 passengers and two drivers over 61 miles.
