Joint effort recaptures jail escapees from county jail
Three inmates Vince Edward Marquez 20 Randall Randy Whipple 22 and Ronaldo Miranda 31 were recaptured by a joint Sheriff Department city officers State Police and local Border Patrol. They face eight felonies including escape from jail assault on the jailer false imprisonment robbery breaking and entering conspiracy larceny over 250 and under 2 500 and accessory to a felony. Bond set at 75000 cash each. Each defendant requested court appointed counsel at taxpayers expense.
