State Engineer notice for water rights amendment in New Mexico
On December 5 1990 Van Martin Wamel filed application A-8-AA(T) for a temporary permit to enlarge the place of use for water rights tied to well A-8-AA at Section 17 and 20 Township 27S Range 19W NMPM. The permit seeks up to 300 acre feet per year for domestic sanitary and related uses with rights reverting December 31 1998. Objections must be filed within 10 days after the last publication with State Engineer District 3 in Deming.
