Youth Bound Over In Draft Violation Case
Dennis Rutland deputy U S marshal appeared in Holt county court to press charges against Warren L Champlin for violating the Selective Service Act. Jack L Grayson Southern Pacific special agent testified for the government. The 18 year old defendant was bound over to the grand jury under a bond of a thousand dollars which was not posted and he received a ninety day temporary postponement to join the armed forces.
