Board Hears About Risk Insurance and Policy Adoptions
The Animal School board met April 8 and discussed risk insurance. The State will cancel all risk insurance as of July 1 and is seeking bids. Beginning April 15 1986, model policies for time off and cash pay for full time support staff will be adopted under Fair Labor Standards. Bids from Hoover School Supplies and Allied School Supplies were accepted as low bids. The State mandated a $2,200 salary increase for all certified personnel, added to the district budget. A work session on the 1986 87 budget with Mr Clifton is set for April 21 at 9:00 A.M.
