The Ohio BCI is investigating reported financial irregularities at the Lorain County Bar Association after a request from Elyria Police. The probe, still active, will go to the Lorain County Prosecutor for review upon completion. Man charged with stealing donation jar in Vermilion
Chandler Willis, 23, of Garden City Michigan, is in Ottawa County Jail after allegedly stealing a donation jar from Quaker Steak Lube Vermilion and leading police on a chase. Vermilion police charged him with receiving stolen property felony theft and possession of criminal tools. Willis was captured in Oak Harbor after a pursuit. he reportedly discarded items from his car during the chase.
