Man arrested with 12 fake credit cards in Avon case
Daniel Diaz, 30, of Brooklyn, New York, faces theft and criminal tools charges after Avon police, aided by a search warrant, seized a credit card writer and 14 cards bearing his name at a Walmart in Avon.
