Lorain County to back bonds for Wellington fair buildings
Lorain County Commissioners, the Lorain County Port Authority and Lorain County Fair agreed to eco nomic development bonds to fund the Ross Exposition Center beer barn and horse show pavilion at the Wellington fairgrounds. The Port Authority will provide 10 million dollars in funding, with the county pledging 20 to 25 million in non tax revenue to support annual debt payments of about 714 thousand dollars.
