Mrs. Margaret Conk of Long Branch sues for divorce from Lewis B. Conk after years of alleged abuse and threats to kill her and the children. The couple married in 1885 in Brooklyn. Frank Rodney of Sea Bright saved a seven year old boy when a dairy wagon with two horses bolted toward a bridge. Rodney leaped to the wagon, secured the tailboard, and controlled the team, bringing the vehicle to a stop with minor harness damage reported.
