Atlantic Firemen Hold Annual Ball 36th gathering at Lyceum
The Atlantic Fire Engine and Truck company held its thirty sixth annual ball at the Lyceum with over 150 couples dancing and more than 200 attendees. Former Fire Chief Charles N. White led the grand march with his daughter Helen. Guests included Atlantics and guests from the Phil Dalys as well as uniformed members. The two part program featured twelve numbers per half and luncheon served at intermission. New department badges were distributed to members. Prof. J Pitman West's orchestra provided the music as organizers and committees coordinated reception, refreshments, and duties.
