In Boise and Kansas City Eisenhower denounces the Truman administration as leftward and warns tyranny comes from both extremes. He calls for a middle road, pledges a noncomplacent government, and urges unity with GOP leaders across seven states. He stresses peace over war and targets centralized power in Washington.
