Berserk father kills officer and wounds three in gun battle
In Arnold Pennsylvania a 41 year old father of six opened fire on police at his home after barricading on the back porch. He killed Sgt. Pocket Knife Surgery Saves Man After Arm Amputation
A 26-year-old New Augusta mechanic cut off his left arm with a pocket knife to free himself after his car flipped near New Augusta. He walked a mile to reach help, rode with neighbors who helped apply a tourniquet, then drove partway to hospital before being picked up by another car. He arrived at Hattiesburg Hospital two hours after the wreck and underwent cleaning surgery. he is in good condition.
