Hearing set on ranch plan for Alisal Cluster housing
County Planning Commission will hold a September 15 determination hearing on Alisal Ranch Santa Ynez Valley plans for an approximate 800 unit cluster condominium within a 9 000 acre agricultural preserve near Solvang. A November 3 public hearing may follow if a conflict with the General Plan is found. The project includes property along Alisal Road by a lake and golf course with an architectural firm in Los Angeles.
