A Rent Control Alliance meeting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday November 2 in the Veterans Memorial Building Solvang co sponsored by the Senior Citizens Center aims to discuss a second generation rent control plan for Santa Barbara County The proposal would establish a five member elected board set rents after a 1977 rollback and apply to most rental housing excluding certain exceptions end.
