Lompoc Hospital Board Candidates Profiles
Dennis Y Inouye a 32 year old pharmacist and Valley Rexall Drugs owner seeks a seat on the Lompoc Hospital District Board. He cites leadership gaps in recruiting doctors, high absence rates, a rubber stamp board, funding shortfalls for a convalescent hospital addition, and needs for better x ray equipment. Carol Ann Johnson, 50, registered nurse and teacher, urges patient care and community health programs, acting as liaison between board and citizens to assess health needs and create an efficient hospital district.
