Richard Adelbert Shaw retired master sergeant USAF died last week at Vandenberg AFB Hospital at age 52. Graveside services will be held tomorrow at 11 a.m. at Los Alamos Cemetery with full military honors. he was born September 16, 1918 in Fresno and lived in Orcutt the last 30 years. Survivors include four sons in Orcutt, a daughter in Tucumcari, and his mother in Santa Cruz. McPeek Family Mortuary is handling arrangements.

Clothes of murder victim found in Swiss rail station
Prosecutors opened the case against Thomas Devins revealing blood stained clothing of Norma Carty Wilson was found at a Swiss railway station last month. Deputy DA Stephen Trott said the 59 year old West Los Angeles woman was murdered and the clothes were the sole physical proof. Wilson's body has not been located.
