Area planning council votes to continue operation and approve projects
The County Cities Area Planning Council approved two Goleta Valley Hospital enlargement programs and sewer project planning grants for Los Alamos and Guadalupe. The panel kept itself alive for another year and approved HUD funds for the Northern California Power Agency. Lompoc remains a member as the council adopts an equestrian and hiking trails element to the county general plan.
