Multiple injuries in crash near Lompoc on Highway 246
Lois Mae Johnson 45 of 1512 W Oak Ave was treated at Lompoc Hospital for head injuries and abrasions. Peter Valla 52 of Buellton Road and William Machado 45 of San Luis Obispo suffered minor injuries after Machado attempted to pass Johnson’s stalled car on Highway 246 near Campbell Road, colliding with Valla’s westbound truck. A five year old boy sustained minor injuries, and two other people were injured in the series of accidents.
