A 13 year old Lompoc student Randy Springs of 1516 E North Ave was injured when he clung to a bus rear bumper and was thrown to the pavement. He was admitted to Lompoc Hospital with a minor laceration and concussion. discharge expected today.

Rail unions near approval for four craftsmanship contracts
