Developer Gary Dunlap plans an early next year start on a two story Lompoc office building at the Flower Power corner on H Street and Ocean Avenue. The 8000 square foot structure will house 15 suites with potential retail on the first floor and offices above. Ground breaking hinges on financing with bids to follow and space already reserved including Dunlap’s own law practice.
