Navarro sentenced to indeterminate state prison in Zaca Lake case
Raul Jose Navarro former county administrative aide was convicted of agreeing to take a bribe from Henry Rodriguez in the Zaca Lake overnight camping project case. Judge John A. Westwick sentenced Navarro to one to 14 years and ordered transfer to a state facility. Navarro sobbed afterward as defense sought probation against the district attorney's recommendation.
