Former Lompoc grads star for Cal Lutheran Kingsmen

Four 1966 Lompoc High School graduates are starters for Cal Lutheran College in Thousand Oaks. Seniors Chris Elkins Brian Jeter Joe Stouch and Bruce Thomas anchor a top small college team in the Southland. Jeter and Stouch share the backfield while Thomas guards the line and Elkins leads the pass defense. All four had standout Lompoc careers with Elkins earning honorable mention honors in football and basketball and serving as captain.
