Gil leads medals in 10K national AAU run in Long Beach

Ray Gil of Lompoc earned three medals and a patch at El Dorado Park in Long Beach. He placed fifth in the national 50 to 55 division with a 37 52 clocking and his three man team won the national team division and first in the Southern Pacific AAU division. Reggie Jackson and Sal Bando will play in the $30 000 American Airlines Golf Classic with a $10 000 first prize at Canyon Hotel Resort January 31 to February 2.
