Lompoc High wrestler Marvin Cook will join 11 other Southern California athletes on a six week Japan wrestling tour starting July 15. The CIF 106 pound champion with a 28-2-1 record was picked for the trip for his high school record scholastic performance and AAU results. He recently won first in the 115 pound class at an AAU event at Pierce College with eight straight wins.
