Boys Help Find Wallet Lead to Marijuana Bust
Two 13 year old boys found a wallet belonging to a roommate of Carl F. Irwin a teacher at the California School for the Deaf. They reported the lead to police and found 95 marijuana plants in the backyard. Irwin was arrested on marijuana growing charges. The roommate recovered the wallet and was not charged.
