13 organizations have committed to floral floats for the 1971 Lompoc Flower Festival Parade, nearly double last year's number. The event, chaired by Bob Gaston, is expected to reach about 20 floats by parade day June 26 with a $500 prize for the Sweepstakes winner and a Fairy Tales in Flowers theme.
