Handgun linked to SLA suspect in bizarre Inglewood raid

Police traced a handgun used in a dramatic Inglewood shooting to Emily Harris, a suspected SLA member tied to the Patricia Hearst kidnapping. The raid began when a man and woman, claiming SLA ties, shot at a store after a security guard confronted them, then commandeered a car. Federal investigators declined immediate comment on the broader SLA probe.

Tornadoes, hail lash lower Great Lakes region

Thunderstorms swept the lower Great Lakes with tornadoes and hail up to golf balls. Tornadoes touched down in Kansas Illinois and Iowa.
