Panel to report on oil slick in Santa Barbara Channel
A UPI report says a presidential panel of experts has formed tentative recommendations on offshore drilling after studying the Santa Barbara Channel oil slick. Chair Dr John Calhoun Jr said the report will go to Dr Lee Dubridge, Nixon science adviser, with details not disclosed.
