Planners approve condominium project in Vandenberg Village
The County Planning Commission approved a revised plot plan for a Vandenberg Village condo complex reducing units from 84 to 77. The plan moves buildings back from lot lines and centers pools, with three two story building types and 51.4 percent landscaping. Neighbors allege density remains high and traffic could worsen bottlenecks, while staff call the plan a dramatic but appropriate transition between shopping centers and single family zones.
