Rapist sought in Chico death of teenage mother
Butte County deputies issued an all points bulletin for Troy Miller 23 from Maryland as they questioned Tau Gamma Theta fraternity members after Patricia Farish 18 was found strangled in an orchard beside the fraternity house. Autopsy showed strangulation and gonorrhea. Farish mother of a six month old girl, identified by her parents, was last seen at a large party attended by about 2000 people. Her skirt was missing and blouse pushed up around her neck.

Viet Cong Fire On U S Recon Plane Near DMZ
Viet Cong said they opened fire on an American reconnaissance aircraft over territory they control near the DMZ.
