California Division of Highways seeks bids for a new four lane Route 1 bypass around Lompoc extending from 0.7 mile south of Route 246 to 2.2 miles north of the Santa Ynez River with interchanges at Route 246 Central Avenue Lompoc Casmalia Road and Burton Mesa Boulevard.
