Pollution proposals eyed for May by county air board
The County Air Pollution Control District advisory committee aims to deliver a final draft of proposed regulations to the Board of Supervisors in May. The April 14 session should advance work as officials plan public hearings and possible September action. The panel warns federal and state measures could preempt local controls.
