Committee approves out of drug penalty

Senate backs 18 vote age but blocks 18s on bar stages

In a dual vote, California senators approved ratification of a U S constitutional amendment to grant 18 year olds the vote in all elections and defeated a bill allowing 18 year olds to perform music in bars. Assembly moves to repeal anti busing law in California
