Taste of the Arts benefit by Lumen Vitae League
The Children’s Home Society hosts the Taste of the Arts event in Veterans Memorial Hall on Saturday April 7 from 1 to 4 PM. Guests include associates and prospective members with reservations through Bonnie Dunlap or Donna Wahlers. Donations of 2 dollars support Children’s Home Society. Local artists display varied creative arts.

4-H Share the Fun Day Scheduled in Santa Barbara County
Santa Barbara County 4-H clubs hold their annual share the fun demonstration and judging day this Saturday March 31 at Jonata School Buellton starting 9 30 a m. Morning sessions feature demonstrations and judging classes to train decision making and evaluation while 24 clubs perform acts at 12 30 noon. Co chairs Holly Guntermann and Kathi Costa lead with Skip Farnum Kim Probert Leona Hughes Debbie Ascherel Mary Pat Anthony and others. Lunch is arranged by Lompoc Westside 4 Hers and Margret Kroetsch. Bake sale proceeds support Citizenship and Hi 4 H activities and the public is invited.
