Six annual Hot Rod Magazine Drag Races at Riverside International Raceway feature two unusual twin engine gas dragsters the Freight Train driven by Bob Muravez of Burbank and the Odd Couple piloted by Art LeCoist of Van Nuys. The Freight Train, a twin-Chevy rail, was the first gas dragster to surpass 200 mph and run 7.50 seconds, achieving fame in Wilmington two years ago.
