Obituary for Mrs. Fred Amy Columbus in Lompoc

Funeral services will be held at the McPeek Family Chapel at 2 p.m. for Mrs. Fred Amy Columbus 34 who died Monday morning at Lompoc District Hospital. Rev. Warren G. Gaston will officiate with interment at Evergreen Cemetery. She was killed in an auto accident at the Wye intersection north of Lompoc Sunday night. Born October 6 1934 in Verret Louisiana she resided at 229 Antares Vandenberg Village. She is survived by her husband T Sgt Fred Columbus and three sons Fred Jr Dennis and Kevin all of the above address. She also leaves her parents Mr and Mrs Calvin Summers of Verret La two brothers Malcolm and Alvin Summers of New Orleans and Los Angeles four sisters Mrs Louis Cohney Merrian Landry Janice Day and Mrs Audrey Holloway of New Orleans and Los Angeles and grandmother Mrs Evelyn Fernandez of Verret La.
