Pueblo sailor recalls stepping over bags of secret papers
Commissaryman 2,C Ralph H. Reed testified before a five admiral court of inquiry into the Pueblo affair that he walked over 10 or more bags of secret documents on deck during the North Korean seizure. Other sailors and civilian oceanographers also testified as the court examined captivity and legality of the incident.
