Youth 19 killed in fall from moving car in Lompoc
Thomas Paul Greco 19 of 427 South M Street died after apparently falling from the car he was driving following an argument with his girlfriend in the 200 block of East Olive Avenue. Pat Stefan 16 reported the dispute and the door opening. Funeral services were pending at Starbuck Mortuary as authorities investigated.

Voters in Lompoc show a slow morning start with turnout just over 50 percent forecast for 16 city precincts as 8 961 registered residents await results.
