Farewell Luncheon Foreshadows Lang Family Move
The Lang family led by Mrs Elaine Lang bid farewell at a coffee hosted by Mrs Bill Buckman at 1204 E Guava. Omega Pi sorority sisters and friends attended as they plan to move to Denver to join the Emrote home office. Lang, a Stearns-Rogers project engineer, will tour Boulder Dam and the Grand Canyon before settling in Colorado.

Presenting was Mission Council president Charles Hurlbut, with Knights of Dunamis conducting the ceremony. Guests included Alvin Grodman, Mission Council Scout executive, and Deeter's family noted his 18 months of local Scouting after starting in Frankfort Germany in 1965.
