Chapel services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Cy press View Mausoleum in San Diego for John Vincent DeGroot a 65 year old resident of Lompoc who died yesterday at Lompoc District Hospital. Graveside services follow entombment at the Mausoleum. Mrs Laura May Akeroyd 87 mother of a Lompoc woman will be buried this week at Fort Bliss National Cemetery El Paso Texas. She died Saturday in her Santa Barbara home. Her survivors include a daughter Mrs George W Johnson of Lompoc two sons Edward of St Louis and Richard of Honolulu four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
