North Vietnam to Free 106 POWs in Hanoi Sunday
North Vietnam announced 106 American prisoners of war would be released Sunday at Hanoi airport. The Viet Cong said 30 more prisoners would be freed Monday in Hanoi. A U S spokesman cited Viet Cong notification to the JMC that the extra release would occur Monday with no time yet given.

LEDA reports efforts and prospects for Lompoc firms
LEDA has contacted over 4,200 firms in the Lompoc Valley in two years. The group lists 27 firms as prospects with immediate or near-term plant plans and about four as inactive. LEDA also classifies 52 as suspects likely to plan facilities within five years and pursues follow up as plans firm up.
