County board splits on Cachuma resort policy plan
The Santa Barbara county board of supervisors expressed ongoing concerns about a policy to convert Cachuma Trailer Resort into a temporary occupancy facility. They worry a provision on removal of mobile homes could bar close relatives from taking over when a resident dies. Further actions include road work bids, funding program changes, and various intergovernmental agreements and hearings set for July.
