FBI probes death of VISTA worker in North Carolina
Nancy Morgan, 24, a VISTA worker and former SIU dean's list student, was found murdered in her government car along U.S. 25-70 near Tanyard Gap in Pisgah National Forest. The body showed bound hands and feet and was nude except for draped slacks. Autopsy scheduled at Mission Memorial Hospital.

FDA chief urges focus on making drugs effective
