Lompoc Post 211 Junior Legion pitchers Bobby Howell and Roy Thomas earned wins two and three in league play over the weekend. Howell pitched a 13 0 win over Paso Robles with 15 K and 2 walks, while Thomas fired a two hitter in a 2 0 victory over Atascadero with 19 strikeouts.
