Reagan signals veto of California reapportionment plan

Acquitted Navyman Seeks Immediate Exit From Navy

Navy fireman Patrick D. Chenoweth 21 of Puyallup Wash, acquitted by a court martial for the Ranger damage, says he will leave the service immediately rather than serve until July 1974. Autohitch bill advances in California Assembly
