NCPA to report on PG&E litigation status
The Northern California Power Agency will present the status of its litigation against Pacific Gas and Electric at the June 14 meeting in Anaheim. The commission seeks a staff report as settlement delays strain some members including Lompoc administrator Gene Wahlers. The agenda also includes budgets, project negotiations, and progress on development proposals for electricity from natural steam sources.
