Judy Katherine Brannam and James Robert Atkins III were united in marriage in an afternoon ceremony at Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Father McGee performed the double ring rite before about 50 relatives and close friends. The bride, daughter of Frances Brannam and the late Robert Brannam, wore a floor length peau de soie gown with empire bodice and silk organza skirt overlay. She was escorted by Jack H. Savage and carried a single red rose bud. The groom is son of James Robert Atkins II and his wife of Pulaski Virginia.
