Lompoc City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on two sewer treatment concepts for a regional wastewater system. The regional plan with Lompoc Mission Hills and Vandenberg Village is favored for 80 percent grant funding and lower total cost, possibly starting construction in 1974 for use by 1976. A subregional option would require multiple plants and higher costs.
