Area businessman's guilty plea on income tax evasion
Charles G. Dorsey, 52, of Lompoc and Santa Maria, pleaded guilty in Los Angeles to evading taxes for 1963 by failing to report about $92 000 of income and admitting the return was false. He said unreported income was about $35 000. Sentencing set for Aug 20. maximum five years or $10 000 fine. IRS Intelligence Division conducted the investigation.
