Medal of Honor recipient Fisher to speak at NCO Dining-In
Lt Col Bernard F Fisher will headline the Non-Commissioned Officers Dining-In at the Surf Mist NCO Club at Vandenberg AFB with tickets sold through the Advisory Council. The Feb event honors his 1966 A Shau Valley actions, when he led rescue and escort missions amid heavy fire to save a downed pilot and protect the unit.
